Traveling to Lisbon for our wedding, we were looking for a special place that would enhance our experience, and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cherished. They were attentive and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. In a generous gesture that added to our celebration, the hotel upgraded our room for a minimal additional cost. The room itself was a haven of comfort—spacious, impeccably clean, with breathtaking views and an exceptionally comfortable bed. To our delight, the hotel also provided an extra room on our wedding day for hair and makeup preparations, which was an invaluable convenience. This thoughtful accommodation by the hotel contributed significantly to making our day run smoothly. For those driving in Lisbon, where parking can be a challenge, the hotel’s parking service is incredibly convenient and well-organized. Additionally, the bar at Epic Sana Pombal is a highlight with its wide selection of premium brands and an impressive cocktail menu that caters to all tastes. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi was strong, the light-blocking curtains worked amazingly well. The shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning cooled the room perfectly throughout the night. I slept well. Breakfast was fine and with long hours. This is not a fancy hotel, but it was solid and had everything I need. Good location by the park (perfect for the Lisbon Eco Marathon), and easy to reach with public transport.

It is an older hotel but benefits from good sized balconies, the location in general is quite nice and a good range of restaurants and services nearby. If you are starting you Portugal trip from Lisboa there are a number of rental car firms nearby. Quiet at night. The staff are universally excellent, highly professional

All the above, once you get used to where everything is it is ideal as the tour buses run a five minute walk to the bottom of the park. The restuarants were very nice and some shopping. We found the cleaning staff very friendly, breakfast staff very helpful. The maintenance man came straight away when we had a problem with water in the bathroom and got sorted immediately.

The room overlooked the front entry and the park! Bed was wonderful and very nice bedding! The breakfast was wonderful! Very cute hotel! Wonderful area, I walked everywhere from here! I met my tour on foot by the landmarks down the hill by the water where all the tourist area is. I would stay here again!!
